Accessibility and comfort is very important to us at Allstay and many of our apartments are equipped to welcome guests with impairments, including mobility, hearing, sight, learning disabilities or any other hidden impairment. We allow for guide, hearing or assistance dogs within our properties; however we do not allow any other pets.
We ask guests with disabilities or impairments to inform us of any specific requirements they may have prior to arrival, as this will enable us to advise on the suitability of our facilities and allows us to make reasonable adaptations to our apartments, if necessary. We always welcome your input in regards to adaptations and we work to address your concerns, for your benefit and that of future guests.
Please note that in an event of a fire or emergency, if you have requested assistance upon check in, a member of staff will assist you in evacuation. Your health and safety are of the utmost importance to us.
